3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing for international shipments.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

6. Damages and Lost Packages
AROWOSAYE BAGS LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are committed to helping you resolve any issues with the carrier.

Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged items, and contact us immediately at mailto:payment@arowosayebags.net with photos of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. AROWOSAYE BAGS LTD is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
